Generate or edit images with true transparency in your browser
Qwen-Image-2.1 is Qwen's own official demo of its unified text-to-image generation and image-editing model.
Type a prompt or upload a photo and use it directly in the browser; the model natively supports transparent (RGBA) image layers, so it can generate cut-out-style graphics, edit transparent layers, and extract subjects from photos, all in one model. It supports up to 10 reference images at once and lets you target local edits with circles, painted annotations or masks while preserving a person's or product's identity. Qwen reports improved typography, portrait lighting and fine detail over its prior release, with 7 billion parameters in the image-generation component.
You could use it to…
- Generate cut-out-style graphics with real transparent layers
- Edit up to 10 reference images while keeping a subject's identity
- Target a local edit with a circle, a mask, or a painted annotation

Can I use this?
You'll need Just a web browser · nothing to install
Worth knowing Qwen licenses the model under its own “qwen-research” terms rather than a standard open license, and the public demo runs on a shared queue so it can be slow or rate-limited under heavy use. BuildTube has not run or verified this software.
