Watch a Jev-style model answer instantly next to a normal chatbot
This Space runs System One, an independent reproduction of TypeSafe's Jev idea: Qwen3.5-4B-Base fine-tuned with a small scoring head so it answers a typed question with a calibrated probability across exactly the options you supply, instead of writing a free-text answer.
It shows that answer computed two ways — once cached and batched across many questions at once, once the slow way — as a live equivalence check, sitting next to the same base model in ordinary chatbot mode generating JSON for the same job. It's a hands-on way to see why a purpose-built decision model can be much cheaper than asking a chat model to fake structured output.
You could use it to…
- Give it a typed question and your own list of options
- Watch it return a calibrated probability instead of written text
- Compare its speed against the same base model generating JSON the normal way

Worth knowing This is an independent, community reproduction of TypeSafe's Jev/System One idea built by one Hugging Face user; it is not TypeSafe's own model, and the speed/accuracy comparison shown is the creator's own demo, not a controlled benchmark. BuildTube has not run or verified this software.
