A self-hosted customer relationship system built around WhatsApp, with AI agents that answer, qualify and follow up on conversations inside it.

The project positions itself as an open alternative to commercial sales inboxes, with no monthly fee and no features held back behind a plan. Installation is aimed at people who are not developers: one command on a rented server puts the application, the WhatsApp connection and the database in place, and a helper script run on your own laptop tells you which server size to buy. The documentation is written primarily in Portuguese.

Worth knowing Automating WhatsApp conversations through an unofficial connection can put an account at risk of restriction, which is a decision to make deliberately before pointing it at a number that matters to your business. The AI agents talk to your customers, so their mistakes are your mistakes. The README carries an affiliate partnership with a specific hosting company, so read the hosting recommendation as a recommendation with an interest attached. Documentation is mostly Portuguese.
