Turn photos and video into 3D scenes with one self-contained app
Made by Harry (J.X.) C.
View profile on GitHub (opens in a new tab)Spirula Studio trains 3D Gaussian Splatting models — from raw photos or video to splat to textured mesh — in one self-contained binary: no Python, no PyTorch, no separate COLMAP install.
It runs on NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and Apple GPUs via Vulkan or CUDA, trains a stated 10 million Gaussians in 8 GB of VRAM, and natively supports fisheye and 360° cameras.
Can I use this?
You'll need A computer with a GPU · Setup needed
Worth knowing Quality depends on your capture: good 3D needs plenty of overlapping photos, and training still takes time and VRAM. BuildTube has not run or verified this software.
